Choose any of the following excursions to complete your day in the Ten Thousand Islands. Tours range from half a day (4 hours) to a full day (6 hours). If your trip includes back country fishing, prices are
as follows:
Half day excursion:
8am - 12pm or 1 - 5: $325.00 |
Full Day Excursion:
9am - 4pm: $450.00 (Includes Lunch) |

Excursion Options:
Back Country Fishing:
Enjoy fishing with light tackle in the back country of the Ten Thousand Islands on a shallow draft Carolina Skiff. Species include, but are not limited to, Snook, Red fish, Sea trout, Pompano, Tarpon, Snapper, Flounder, Grouper, Spanish Mackerel, and many others. If you are new to fishing, or want to learn angling skills, your Captain is happy to provide a fishing lesson for you. While fishing, your captain will be by your side to offer assistance where needed. Your fishing license, bait and tackle are all included in your trip. Offshore fishing is available, weather permitting.
Eco Tour by Boat:
Relax and enjoy the serene beauty of the fragile eco system of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands. You will observe precious wildlife including a variety of birds, manatees, alligators and possibly dolphins. Learn about the beautiful mangrove islands that make up the 10,000 Islands and discover an area that is virtually untouched.
Shelling:
Enjoy a short walk along natural undeveloped beaches that are only accessible by boat. You will find beautiful shells that can be identified by one of your captains. You may wish to collect several shells as souvenirs of your adventure! This excursion provides an ideal opportunity to take a refreshing swim in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Eco Land Tour:
Your captains can provide guided land tours within a few short miles of the Port of the Islands Marina, where you will discover several different eco systems within a limited area as well as abundant wildlife.
Sunset Cruise:
Join us for a relaxing ride out to the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy cheese, crackers and your favorite beverage while watching the ever changing beauty of the spectacular sunset. The wildlife viewing is usually quite good toward the end of the day, as well.
Wildlife Photography:
While on your eco tour you will likely experience opportunities to photograph the numerous and diverse wildlife of the Ten Thousand Islands. Because your boat is equipped with a silent trolling motor, your captain can position the boat at the most advantageous positions for that ideal photograph. Come prepared to photograph birds, alligators and even dolphins in their natural habitat, should you have a passion for wildlife photography.

Airboat Ride:
Your captains can provide guided airboat rides through the "river of grass" which is a once in a lifetime experience. You will experience three different factions of the Everglades eco system including marsh lands, mangroves and tall grass. There is an additional cost of $30.00 PP for this excursion. |
