A Family Legacy on the Water

Island Girls Excursions grew from the Strama family’s lifelong connection to the Florida Keys and decades of boatbuilding experience. Over the years, the family has designed, built, and operated custom catamarans for several successful businesses throughout the Keys.

Island Girls Excursions carries that legacy forward as a locally rooted, family-run business built on craftsmanship, hospitality, safety, and a genuine love for sharing the Florida Keys with others.

What’s Included

  • Complimentary sodas, water cooler, and light snacks
    (Complimentary light breakfast on the Summertime Morning Swim, including coffee, orange juice, and pre-packaged breakfast items• pre-packaged cold-cut sandwiches served on sandbar tours • pre-packaged Seasonal local seafood tasting served on sunset cruises when available)

  • Spacious 52’ catamaran with shaded and sunny seating

  • Floats and paddle boards for sandbar fun

  • Starlink Wi-Fi onboard to stay connected (or disconnect 😎)

  • Licensed, professional crew dedicated to your safety and comfort

What to Bring

  • Swimsuit, towel, and sun protection (reef-safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses)

  • Camera/phone to capture memories (waterproof case recommended)

  • Reusable water bottle if preferred

  • Your favorite snacks and beverages in cans or plastic containers—no glass or liquor

  • Positive vibes and a sense of adventure ✨

What Not to Bring

  • Glass bottles or hard liquor​

  • Large coolers or bulky items

  • Anything unsafe for the water or boat

  • Bad attitudes 🚫

  • Pets or emotional support animals. Trained service animals are permitted in accordance with the ADA.
