Island Girls Excursions respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through our booking system (name, email, phone, payment details) is used solely to process reservations and communicate with guests.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as required by law or to process secure payments.

By booking with us, you consent to receiving reservation confirmations, trip updates, and follow-up communications. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled departure will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • If you booked through a third-party vendor (Viator, TripAdvisor, etc.), their cancellation policies may apply.

🌦️ Weather Policy

Your safety is our top priority. Trips may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the captain’s discretion (including but not limited to lightning, strong winds, or small craft advisories).

  • If Island Girls Excursions cancels a trip due to weather, guests may choose a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

  • If a trip is shortened or delayed after departure due to sudden weather changes, partial refunds are not guaranteed.

🚫 No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to departure and do not contact us in advance will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

  • Please plan ahead for parking and traffic to ensure you arrive on time.
